Job Title: ICT/Recruitment Executive

Reporting to: The Managing Partner

Organisation: CSB Group is an inter-disciplinary provider of an array of commercial and support services, foremost and amongst which are company incorporation services and assistance with regulatory requirements in several different sectors. CSB Groups services include assisting clients with the incorporation of Maltese and foreign companies, assistance in obtaining of a Malta Remote Gaming License, company management and administration services, back office support, accounting, tax planning, fiduciary & trustee services, bank account opening, ship and yacht registration, management and technical consultancy, recruitment and other ancillary commercial services in Malta. CSB was established in 1987, to provide a support service to the business community. Today its services include Corporate, Trust & Fiduciary Services, Ship & Yacht Registration, Online Gaming & E-Commerce Solutions, Relocation & Residency, Industrial Property Registration, Credit Management and Personnel Recruitment.

Job Functions: The selected candidate will be responsible for pre-screening candidates; preparing ICT related job descriptions and candidate profiles; carrying out interviews with job seekers and assisting clients with their interviews when necessary.

Candidate Profile: This position calls for a self-motivated, mature and organised individual, with a pleasant personality and a commitment to confidentiality. The ideal candidate will preferably possess and IT related degree and/or equivalent experience in an IT industry. He/She will possess a sound business acumen and a broad understanding of ICT specifications. Furthermore applicants will have an excellent command of both written and spoken English; must be resourceful and able to perform a variety of administrative and organisational tasks with a creative approach to problem solving. Previous experience in a similar industry would be considered an asset.

Salary and benefits: Negotiable, also including performance related bonuses.
