St. Martin’s Institute of IT is pleased to announce that the school will be offering once again the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) course of study leading to the CISA examination held in Malta in June 2012. The said course is now approved by Malta Enterprise for an 80% tax rebate. Since 1978, the CISA program has been the globally accepted standard of achievement among information systems (IS) audit, control and security professionals. The skills and practices that CISA promotes and evaluates are the building blocks of success in the field. Possessing the CISA demonstrates proficiency and is the basis for measurement in the profession. With a growing demand for individuals possessing IS audit, control and security skills, CISA has become a preferred certification program by individuals and organizations around the world. Course schedule & duration The course is led by professionals in the field and will cover the areas of IT Governance Systems and Infra-structure Lifecycle, IT Service Delivery and Support, Protection of Information Assets and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. The CISA course is an intensive 5 month programme, spread over sessions of two hours each, every Monday and Wednesday starting in February 2012 until June 2012, from 6.00pm until 8.00pm, at St Martin’s Institute of IT in Hamrun.
