Caren joined CSB Group in May 2007 and is responsible for the recruiting requirements of a number of local and international clients.

She is also responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, meeting and interviewing applicants and keeping them abreast of the new opportunities that become available in their chosen career field/s. Furthermore, she also meets clients to discuss their recruitment requirements. 
 
Caren holds a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Commerce from the University of Malta. Before assuming her current position, Caren held the post of Customer Service Representative with an international bank in Malta. 

 

Christabel Psaila 
Recruitment Executive 
 
Christabel joined CSB Group in October 2004 and is involved in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates and assisting a portfolio of clients to fill up their vacant posts. 
 
She is responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, meeting and interviewing applicants, keeping them abreast of the new career opportunities; as well as providing ongoing customer support to both clients and candidates. 
Christabel is also responsible for liaising with various recruitment partners, the co-ordination of advertising services on the website, and the ongoing maintenance of VacancyCentre.com's database of candidates. 

 

Karen Zammit 
Recruitment Executive 
 
Karen joined CSB Group in February 2008 and is primarily responsible for the general administration and ongoing customer support, besides servicing a portfolio of clients with their recruitment needs. She is also responsible for processing, sourcing and pre-screening applications and interviewing candidates whilst ensuring to provide an efficient customer support to both candidates and clients. 
 
Karen is always on the look out for promising candidates to identify their career needs, keeping them abreast of new opportunities and offering any guidance to help them accordingly. 
 

 

Francesca Ebejer 
Recruitment Assistant 
 
Francesca joined CSB Group in June 2010 after working in the Human Resources Department of one of Malta’s leading Security and Consultancy companies.  
 
Francesca is mainly responsible for the upkeep of the office, coordination of office procedures, general administration within the department and ongoing customer support to candidates. She is also responsible for providing efficient clerical and administrative support to the Recruitment Executives.
