Jonathan M. Dalli

Business Development Executive

Jonathan joined CSB Group in November 2005, and is responsible for the strategic marketing, promotion and general business development of VacancyCentre.com and its core services.

Furthermore, he is also responsible for the group's brands, marketing communications, media relations and strategic collaborations.

Jonathan obtained his Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Commerce majoring in Management from the University of Malta in 2005. His thesis focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and its association to brand marketing. Prior to this, he also graduated from the Institute of Financial Services (UK) - Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has held various marketing posts in a number of private sector enterprises and industries in Malta, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Jonathan has also held various NGO positions including Executive Member of the University Students' Council, Director of the National Student Travel Foundation and Secretary General of the National Youth Council. He was also a member of the National Commission for Sustainable Development and is presently a member of the European Youth Forum in Brussels; and Junior Chamber International.

Christabel Psaila
Recruitment Executive

Christabel joined CSB Group in October 2004 and is involved in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates and assisting a portfolio of clients to fill up their vacant posts.

She is responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, meeting and interviewing applicants, keeping them abreast of the new career opportunities; as well as providing ongoing customer support to both clients and candidates.

Christabel is also responsible for liaising with various recruitment partners, the co-ordination of advertising services on the website, and the ongoing maintenance of VacancyCentre.com's database of candidates.

Caren Portelli
B.Com (Hons) Banking & Finance
Recruitment Executive

Caren joined CSB Group in May 2007 and is responsible for the recruiting requirements of a number of local and international clients.

She is also responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, meeting and interviewing applicants and keeping them abreast of the new opportunities that become available in their chosen career field/s. Furthermore, she also meets clients to discuss their recruitment requirements.

Caren holds a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Commerce from the University of Malta. Before assuming her current position, Caren held the post of Customer Service Representative with an international bank in Malta.
