Assignment Service

This service is intended for those employers who prefer to advertise their positions by targeting a wider choice of potential candidates. There are two options available and each depends on the exigencies of the client.

Option A - Vacancy is advertised and first interviews carried out by CSB

Rules

  • CSB will advertise position with an optional disclosure of employer's name.
  • CSB will receive all applications, short list and interview candidates.
  • CSB will interview candidates and only qualifying candidates will be informed of the prospective employer's name.
  • CSB will then forward details of short listed candidates for client's consideration.
  • CSB will then ask selected candidates to contact prospective employer to fix an appointment for an interview.
  • Selected candidates will then be interviewed by CSB client.
  • On employer's request CSB will attend any stage of interviewing, including, final selection of candidates.

Advantages

  • If employer's name is not exposed, soliciting will be avoided and further, competitors will not be prompted to any unfair conclusions.
  • A broader selection of candidates could be possible in view that interested/applying candidates will feel more comfortable discussing positions with us, rather than with the prospective employer. This is a result of certain delicate situations of potential candidates and primarily for the sake of more confidentiality.
  • All applications are acknowledged, processed, and interviewed by our Recruitment Department, thereby, taking away the headache from the Client.
  • Client will save on time interviewing candidates that are not suitable for the position.

Customers of CSB are to fully complete our Application Form for a Placement.

Prospective clients of CSB are asked to submit their details together with their Application Form for a Placement. Upon receipt, we will submit our Terms & Conditions and will commence with our recruitment procedures as soon as our Terms & Conditions are signed and returned.

Option B - Vacancy is advertised and qualifying applicants are interviewed by Employer

Procedure

  • CSB will advertise position with the optional disclosure of employer's name.
  • CSB will receive and acknowledge all applications.
  • CSB will short list qualifying applicants, contact them to indicate name of CSB client and establish if they are interested in being interviewed by the prospective employer.
  • CSB will submit the short-listed names to employer.
  • CSB client will contact interesting candidates and carry out an interview.
  • >CSB will notify all other applicants with employer's decision.
  • CSB client will notify all unsuccessful candidates after being granted an interview.
  • On employer's request, CSB will attend any stage of interviewing, including, final selection of candidates.
