Situations Vacant - Placing Candidates
On receipt of a completed Placement Form with a full job description, we contact the prospective employer to discuss the vacant position, the kind of activities and working environment to guide us better for the possibilities of a placement.
Once this is established we will match the requisites on the Placement Form, with the expectations of possible candidates already on our files for future referrals and who would have already been interviewed by CSB.
Potential candidates are then contacted with the intention of proposing the existing position of the employer. If the position is of interest to the candidate we then indicate the name of the prospective employer and with the permission of the candidate, we will submit their respective CV to the prospective employer for consideration. If an interest is shown, in any or all of the proposed candidates, we will ask candidate/s to contact prospective employer to fix an appointment for an interview, at the employer's premises.
This particular system works on a "No Placement - No Fee" terms and a Placement Fee will only apply if a proposed candidate is engaged. It is, therefore, in our interest to propose only suitable candidates that you are after.
Customers of CSB are to fully complete our Application Form for a Placement.
Prospective clients of CSB are asked to submit their details, together with their Application Form for a Placement. Upon receipt, we will submit our Terms & Conditions and will commence with our Recruitment procedures as soon as our Terms & Conditions are signed and returned.
