Standing Order System
From experience we know that certain positions are difficult to fill, no matter how hard one tries. Our STANDING ORDER SYSTEM could be a solution.
Once we are assigned a Standing Order, with a full job description, we contact the prospective employer to discuss the position, the kind of activities, expectations and working environment to guide us better for the possibilities of a placement.
From then on, we will be on the lookout for potential candidates that could well fit for the position. The moment a potential candidate is identified we will ask client if that particular position is still available. The Client may decide to interview our potential candidate after we give a brief description of the experience and background, without disclosing names. We will then contact candidate in question, propose the position and if it is of any interest to the candidate, we will then indicate name of prospective employer. With the permission of the candidate we will submit their respective CV to the prospective employer for consideration. If an interest is shown, we will then ask the candidate to contact the prospective employer to fix an appointment for an interview, at employer's premises. This particular system also works on a "No Placement - No Fee" terms, therefore, the client may decide to close and/or postpone the position, at any time.
Customers of CSB are to fully complete our Application Form for a Placement.
Prospective clients of CSB are asked to submit their details together with their Application Form for a Placement. Upon receipt, we will submit our Terms & Conditions and will commence with our recruitment procedures as soon as our Terms & Conditions are signed and returned.
