This system is intended to create an interest in potential candidates among our selected clients as employers. This service is completely FREE of CHARGE and more important is that your basic details will only be indicated to prospective employers, without exposing your name.

If you do not feel comfortable with this system you can always call us to discuss the prospects and possibilities of the kind of career you are seeking and we can guide you better. As soon as we receive your formal written application, printed CV, position and kind of environment being sought we will record this on our internal database. We will then contact you and make our proposal as soon as a client assigns to us a position, matching your expectations.

If you decide to avail yourself of our CV Bank and in order to provide an efficient and professional service to candidates, inclusion in our internal Situation Wanted & CV Bank adheres to certain criteria:

1. Only Career and Job Seekers with a positive working attitude, with at least 3 years work experience in their particular field and having a proven track record of performance and the relevant qualifications, need apply.

2. A Situation Wanted submitted on line must be backed with a detailed and printed CV, also to be sent on line. Once submitted we will review all information and contact all convincing applicants. Depending on the outcome and availability of the position being sought, we will ask applicant to attend an interview.

3. If no suitable job is currently available all applications will remain on our database system for consideration for possible future referrals.

4. When making the initial proposals to potential employers, all personally identifiable information will not be indicated, to ensure complete confidentiality and privacy.

5. Whenever a prospective employer shows us an interest in a Situation Wanted, we will establish details of the position being offered. At this stage CSB will notify and discuss the position with the candidate seeking the position. If the position is of interest to the candidate, we will then, indicate name of prospective employer. With the candidate's permission we will then forward a copy of full CV to prospective employer. Nothing is done without the prior consent of the CANDIDATE.
