How expensive are your services?
We work on a No Placement - No Fee basis, meaning that if we don't place anyone, we don't get paid! This motivates us to be more professional and efficient in meeting your recruitment needs. By using our services you will be saving on recruitment costs whilst better using your time in more productive and profit making tasks. Further, if you go for it 'all alone', recruiting the wrong person might prove to be a big setback for your organisation; not to mention the costs that are involved until a replacement is found and the new person settles in. How do I submit a vacancy with VacancyCentre.com?
You can do this all online. As you decide to use our services and agree to our Terms and Conditions, we will kindly ask you to fill in the 'Submit a Vacancy' form on our website. This form gives us a detailed job description for your vacant position, including description of duties and any candidate specifications.

How long does it usually take to have a list of proposed candidates?
With our dedicated staff and with the latest technological aid we have in place, we are usually able to provide a list of suitable pre-screened candidates within a few working days. Given the large number of potential candidates on our files, we rarely need to advertise positions in the press for our clients, and we can usually fill vacancies at very short notice.

What about the quality of your candidates?
We screen all candidates who are registered on our database. Furthermore, we interview each candidate we place on our books. This enables us to suggest to our clients only the candidates we believe will be suitable for the position to be filled. After we receive the job specification from your end, we will propose candidates which fit job specifications and requirements.

How often do I need to communicate with you if I'm using your services?
We urge you to keep a line of communication with us throughout the whole process, and you are asked to inform us of the progress and outcome of any interviews following introduction, together with information relating to any referral of any VacancyCentre.com candidate to third parties, where permitted Further, you are expected to notify us immediately if/when a candidate is engaged, in either instance.

In case of placement, when does your fee become payable?
If following the introduction, the applicant or any associated company subsequently employs or remunerates any candidate within a time period of 12  months from the date of introduction of such candidate, a fee becomes payable immediately upon commencement.
