Never a dull moment

i-Gaming is a challenging, quick-moving industry, one in which problems need to be dealt with there and then, but results can also be seen straight away.

Most of the top Internet gaming operators are already in Malta, which means that you can benefit from their international expertise, as well as possibly even transfer to their bases in other countries in the future. The international dimension also comes in through involvement in a multi-cultural team that deals with gaming customers the world over. And let's not forget participation in fairs abroad where you would be promoting Malta as the top destination for set-ups. Other advantages are that training is provided, opportunities for promotion are there, an above-average salary is guaranteed even for the lowest-level positions, and operators are renowned for taking good care of their staff.
