An exciting position for an Administration Assistant for our client who specializes in providing services within the aircraft industry. The selected candidate will work within the refund team and handle administration related tasks for booking, refunding of unused e-tickets and customers insurance.
Our client focuses primarily on investments with a stable yield. The company currently specializes on aircraft on long term leases and financial investments,with a great aim to continue to developing as a financial investment company in Malta.
- Refund of unused e-tickets
- Refunds for TicketGarante
- Cancelling of all products on order
- Providing Customer Care Support Online
- At least one year of working experience in the travel sector
- Working knowledge of a ticketing system, preferably Amadeus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Be organised and gives meticulous attention to detail
- Able to fit in a multi-cultural environment
