Function

  • Work in a multidisciplinary design focused environment
  • Communicate clearly with customers and staff
  • Take responsibility of initial meetings with clients, direct calls, responding to clients queries and organizing appointments
  • Provide secretarial, administrative and clerical services
  • Communicate and write fluently in Maltese and English
  • Keep financial and time management records

Requirements

  • Fluent in English is essential, Maltese would be considered an asset
  • Be organised and pay great detail to attention in their work
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills
