- In charge of all the premises and the day to day admin duties.
- Negotiate certain service and property agreements with companies and stick to deadlines and policies and procedures of the company as well as make sure that systems such as paperless etc. are in place.
- Education Background – MBA or management
- Knowledge of both the Maltese and English language
- Previous experience in Office management or logistics management is required
