Our client is a high-end real estate agency in Malta.
This role will be responsible for the administrative support of Real Estate Associates, and will also act as a liaison between Clients and Associates.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls
- Assisting clients
- Data organization and entry into the custom software platform
- Administrative secretarial support and clerical tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, clients, and outside contacts
