A dynamic company specializing in translation and language services. Our client is currently looking for an Assistant Administrator to join their growing team. The selected person will be in charge of the general administration tasks of specific translation projects and will be a main reference for clients. Previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.
Our client is an established company in the provision of quality translation services and other business language solutions
The candidate will be in charge of:
- specific translation contracts
- distributing to translators and advisors
- liaising with clients on translation requests, issuing quotes
- following up clients with the progress of the tasks
- handling telephone calls and email correspondence
- An undergraduate degree
- Excellent command of English and Maltese
- Preferably should be fluent in Italian or French
- Excellent IT skills
- Very good communication skills
A salary between 14K to 15K gross per annum is being offered to the right candidate.
Previous experience in the administrative sector would be considered an asset.
