Our client is seeking a Back Office Administrator to join an established company in Malta. The right candidate would need to be organised and able to handle their workload efficiently.

Function

  • handling queries via phone or e-mail
  • updating and maintaining databases
  • retrieving information when requested
  • generating reports and inputting data.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Maltese language skills both written and verbal
  • Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Organised individual
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong administration skills
