Corporate Administrator – Job no. 4972



An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Administrator to join a long established company dealing with a portfolio of clients. This role would involve both corporate and administration duties.


A well established international organisation servicing clients on a number of different areas including Audit, Accountancy, Corporate & Compliance and Business Advisory.


The Corporate duties include but are not limited to:

  • Opening new clients’ file, collecting KYC documents from clients and scanning them into the company’s system, updating the company’s KYC software with the data collected, printing of due diligence reports and presenting them to management for discussion, based on the risk rating of the entity issued by the software
  • Carrying out the annual due diligence for clients’
  • Assisting in the compilation of the company’s compliance reports
  • Assisting in the compilation of company profiles;
  • Compilation of opening of bank account forms
  • Compilation of residency and work permit applications for clients’ employees
  • Compilation of engagement and termination forms for clients’ employees
  • Completing basic registry forms such as Form Ks and Form Qs
  • Submission of Memorandum & Articles of Association of companies and relative documents to the Registry of Companies and liaising with the authority until the company is registered
  • Preparation and submission of annual returns and beneficial owner forms;
  • Preparation of resolutions
  • Taking of minutes
  • Attending at the various authorities for the submission of documentation

The Administration duties include:

  • Setting appointments and organising the boardroom for appointments
  • Greeting clients and offering them teas/coffees
  • Summary of emails for the Managing Partner
  • Binding of Financial Statements
  • Taking care of consumables and stationery
  • Outgoing/incoming post
  • Filing
  • Coordination of office maintenance / chasing suppliers
  • Chasing Debtors


  • This position calls for a smart, and motivated individual
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • The chosen candidate must hold around 2 years of experience within a similar role
