Introduction

A great position for a Receptionist to join an established company in Malta. The right candidate would need to be organised and able to handle their workload efficiently.

Organization

Our client is an established bank specialising in highly personalised banking and innovative investment solutions backed by experience, competence and robust support services.

Function

  • Greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails
  • Liaise with suppliers in order to organise all stationery
  • Mail handling
  • Updating systems on the database
  • Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm.

Requirements

  • Organised individual
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal
  • Fluency in the use of Microsoft Office
