Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent with one of Malta’s leading gaming companies.The German Speaking Customer Service Agent will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Organization

A Maltese company with numerous offices all over Europe who are dedicated to deliver most advanced sports betting experience.

Function

  • Assisting customers in making the correct use of the offered products
  • Increasing the customer’s retention
  • Providing support to customers via Live-Chat, email and telephone
  • Providing feedback to the team leader, traders and support team
  • Solving customer queries without ticket escalation
  • Translating queries from English to German and vice-versa
  • Informing and engaging customers regarding the online sportsbook, casino and virtual games products.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both German and English verbally and written
  • Possessing professional communication and problem solving skills, as well as computer literate with fast typing ability.
  • Ready to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays amounting up to 40 hours per week as well as working overtime when needed.
