Function

  • Making sure the office is running smoothly
  • Answering phone call and emails
  • Filing
  • Handling all correspondence
  • Assisting the agents with their administrative needs
  • Assisting any customers walking into the office

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IT and in possession of ECDL
  • Organised and having excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and Maltese is a must.

A minimum of 1 year experience in administration is required for this role.
