Looking for a temp to cover maternity leave period between Aug/Sep 2018 until April 2019 on a full time basis, working hours are from 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs (Monday to Friday) with a half hour break.
Our clients are providers of hospitality services on board cruise ships.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Communication with the Maltese social security system
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Provide general support to visitors
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, Team player
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
