Office Administrator (Temp) – Job. 4442



Looking for a temp to cover maternity leave period between Aug/Sep 2018 until April 2019 on a full time basis, working hours are from 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs (Monday to Friday) with a half hour break.


Our clients are providers of hospitality services on board cruise ships.


  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Communication with the Maltese social security system
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Provide general support to visitors


  • Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, Team player
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
