An excellent opportunity for an organised and efficient Office Clerk for a leading sales and distribution company in Malta. The role will also involve covering all administration and any other tasks requested from management.

Organization

Our client is a leading importer and distributor of various food products.

Function

• Filing

• Answering the phone

• Inputting of customer receipts in the computer system

• Preparation of payments to suppliers

• Daily cash reconciliation

• Assisting in debtor management

• Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar positions

• Familiar with office processes

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable in making phone calls

• Proficient in MS office Suite

• level standard and certification in ECDL

• Professional attitude and appearance

Offer

An salary package of €16,000 Gross is being office, dependent on experiences.
