Online Travel Customer Service Agent – Job. 4250



An exciting position for a Online Travel Customer Service Agent with Amadeus system experience for our client who specialises in providing services within the aircraft industry. The selected candidate will work within the refund team and handle administration related tasks for booking, refunding of unused e-tickets and customers insurance.


Our client focuses primarily on investments with a stable yield. The company currently specialises on aircraft on long term leases and financial investments,with a great aim to continue on developing as a financial investment company in Malta.


  • Undertaking tasks for refund of unused e-tickets;
  • Work in Amadeus and Sales (internal mid office system).
  • Look up bookings in Sales and in Amadeus.
  • Read fare rules in Amadeus with FQD command.
  • Refund the ticket based on the fare rule
  • Reservations duties:
  • Work in Sales, Amadeus, AutoEurope agent portal.
  • Pickup order in Sales.
  • Cancel all products in order.
  • Knowledge about hotel, rental cars, insurance products, flights in Amadeus.
  • Update the order in Sales.


  • Mandatory to have experience or knowledge in the Amadeus ticketing system
  • At least one year of working experience in the travel sector
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • ·Be organised and give great attention to detail.


A salary of 16-18K Gross per annum is being offered to the right candidate.


Training will be provided for the candidates to gain knowledge in Sales and Autoeurope agent portal.
