The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.

Function

  • Filing
  • Inputting of data as well as any other administration duties which may arise daily.

Requirements

  • English & Maltese O Level
  • Excellent numerical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
