Introduction

An excellent opportunity for a organised and efficient Receptionist for a leading group in Malta. The role will also involve covering the reception area when needed and any other tasks requested from management.

Organization

Our client offers a diverse range of service within shipping, warehousing, transport and logistics through a large portfolio of companies in Malta.

Function

  • Greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails
  • Liaise with suppliers in order to organise all stationery
  • Mail handling
  • Updating systems on the database
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Maltese is mandatory
  • Be organised and pay great detail to attention in their work
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills
  • Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming Guest

Offer

An attractive salary package between €15,000- €20,000 is being offered subject to experience.
