- Greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails
- Liaise with suppliers in order to organise all stationery
- Mail handling
- Updating systems on the database
- deal with queries from the public and customers
- ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- provide general administrative and clerical support
- prepare correspondence and documents
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Fluent in English & Maltese is mandatory
- Be organised and pay great detail to attention in their work
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills
- Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming Guest
An attractive salary package between €15,000- €20,000 is being offered subject to experience.
