An excellent opportunity for a organised and efficient receptionist for our client who specialises within the insurance industry.


Our client offers a diversity in the range of products and services of insurance products based on the established reputation as a provider of high-quality and value-for-money.


  • Greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails
  • Liaise with suppliers in order to organise all stationery
  • Mail handling
  • Updating systems on the database


  • Organised individual
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent English & Maltese language skills both written and verbal


A salary between 15K to 16K Gross is being offered to the right candidate.


Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an asset.
