- Greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails
- Liaise with suppliers in order to organise all stationery
- Mail handling
- Updating systems on the database
- Organised individual
- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent English & Maltese language skills both written and verbal
A salary between 15K to 16K Gross is being offered to the right candidate.
Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an asset.
