Introduction

Organization

Our client is a family run business providing notary services

Function

  • Greeting clients at the office
  • Corresponding with clients via telephone, email and letters
  • Assisting the notaries with any administrative duties that may be required
  • Filing of documents
  • Presenting files at banks
  • Ordering of searches online
  • Preparing and filling in forms online
  • Running errands twice a week in Valletta
  • Ordering of water/stationary or whatever may be required for the smooth running of the office
  • Handling any other administrative daily tasks that may arise

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy administrative office environment
  • A trustworthy and reliable individual who is able to work on their own initiative
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the Maltese and English language
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and car
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with ½ hour break
