We’re pleased to announce that our talented senior recruitment consultant Francesca Buhagiar has been deservedly promoted to Senior Manager at VC.
Her appointment to this new position comes after 6 years working as one of our recruiters at VC. Francesca also holds in-house international recruitment experience having worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for one of the leading B2B gaming operators recruiting for talent across various locations such as the UK, Sweden, Philippines, Hungary, as well as Malta.
Some of the highlights throughout her career at VC include receiving the Shining Star Award in 2019 and 2020, as well as addressing an audience of professionals at a prestigious local iGaming conference in Malta.
Along the years, Francesca has built extensive experience and knowledge in providing on-going recruitment assistance to our vast portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries, ranging from banking, insurance, payments, gaming, trust and corporate services, amongst others.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Malta, through which she developed an interest in Personnel Psychology.
In her new role, Francesca is now responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational process of the recruitment business, leading a team of recruitment professionals as well as assisting candidates in their next career move and delivering the best talent solution to VC’s portfolio of clients.
