An Opportunity for The Loan Administration Specialist who is responsible for handling all customer enquiries in a client driven environment regarding payments, customer billing problems, outstanding amounts and different debt repayment options in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and related laws and regulations.
The post requires a team player having a positive and energetic attitude and enjoys being with people.This is a key position within the department and requires direct involvement with a wide range of different clients in both selling and travel organization. The selected candidate will be reporting to the French Leisure Division Manager.
This role calls for an individual who is passionate about customer service and strives to give 100% on any enquiry/complaint that may arise. An excellent telephone manner and communication skills are required for this position.
