Our well-established client, a boutique law firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing corporate legal team.


A boutique law firm, specialized in civil, commercial and corporate law.


  • Providing legal opinions and advice
  • Drafting, revising, negotiating and concluding agreement
  • Drafting and prepare various corporate document
  • Assisting with all corporate ventures
  • Liaising directly with both national and international governmental authorities as require
  • Assisting with reporting requirements to local and overseas regulatory authorities
  • Providing training both in-house and to third parties in related sectors
  • Undertaking any ad hoc projects as required


  • Candidates must hold a positive and motivated attitude
  • Candidates must hold a Maltese legal warrant
  • Fluency in English and Maltese is a must
  • Experience in corporate law is also required
