As a result of our client’s continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to form part of the Back Office team. The team is formed of young, dynamic professionals who are part of an environment which promotes team spirit and rewards competence.
Our client is an established bank specialising in highly personalised banking and innovative investment solutions backed by experience, competence and robust support services.
- Opening of customers’ accounts on our database;
- Closing of customers’ accounts;
- Updating customers’ records in accordance with the department’s procedures;
- Ensuring all customers’ files are stored and maintained accordingly;
- Data inputting;
- Scanning, filing and other administrative duties.
- Preferably Level 4 certifications in business subjects;
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate;
- Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Must have a good eye for details.
Extensive training shall be provided.
