Our client is an established international company specializing in the provision and arrangement of trade finance related products. This position is for the Malta’s branch.
Among a number of administrative tasks, the selected candidate will be required to:
- perform the daily reconciliations;
- assist with the preparation of contracts;
- scan and register security documents;
- prepare payments;
- other documents/reports as may be required.
Training and development will be ongoing in order to enhance the knowledge and skills required to operate successfully in this sector.
The interested candidate is expected to have
- excellent organizational, time management and communication skills,
- possessing a good command of written and spoken English
- previous relevant experience and/or holding a Banking/Finance/Management qualification will be considered an asset.
