Introduction

Currently seeking a Senior Finance Operations profile to join an international payment service provider based in Malta. Whilst reporting to the CFO, this position is aimed to strengthen the local finance team whilst managing and overseeing the merchant settlements and reconciliations as well as merchant accounts.

Organization

A PSP providing payment options for online and offline businesses

Function

  • Developing the Malta finance operations team;
  • Initiating internal controls and establishing procedures, systems and documentation;
  • Supporting customer service with client queries where applicable;
  • Providing support for accounting and control functions;
  • Assisting with periodic internal and external reports;
  • Driving business expansion projects in SEPA;


Requirements

  • Previous experience within payments is required;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills;
  • Understanding of business functions such as Finance & Operations
