A great opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to grow professionally within one of the biggest iGaming companies in the world.
Our client is a well established Gaming company, offering the solutions for Operators and white labels.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Turning registered players into loyal members of the best gaming community using an effective selling approach which is beneficial to both the company and the players
- Taking on board feedback
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Fluency in German and English
- Passion and previous experience in dealing with customers
- Ideally previous experience within a similar role
- Candidates must have a positive attitude, must be able to learn very quickly and must be excellent team players
