Our clients are experts in upgrading the customer experience for multilingual contact centres. Their product is designed to assist gaming clients with their call centres.
- This role entails managing a wide portfolio of accounts
- The chosen candidate must be capable of making decisions and overcoming challenges
- Contributing client feedback to the company’s technical product development & roadmap.
- Understanding clients’ business process and identify data-driven opportunities for better customer acquisition, retention and reactivation results with automation.
- 2+ years in a client facing, account/project manager role, preferably at a tech company.
- Bilingual English is required,
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Has experience managing a client base of 50+ accounts
- Project management for technical software implementations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/customer retention targets
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Experience at a start-up or SaaS company
- Any coding experience is a huge plus
- Above market salary
- 20 vacation days
