Casino Operations Manager – Job No. 5189



This is an exciting role directly responsible for the operational aspects of the casino and defining the product strategy. You will be responsible for maximising the value of the product and the management of the website including products, CMS, games, reporting and analysis, as well as exploring new innovation partners and ideas to grow the business and achieve overall business KPIs.


Our client is an entertainment provider that develops and builds games and platforms.


  • Responsible for the smooth operations of the casino and sportsbook on a daily basis, ensuring optimised commercial performance
  • Develop the product strategy, with an overall product delivery roadmap that aims to deliver on the overall marketing and business strategy and KPIs
  • Management of suppliers, including all software and game providers, you will be the product guru and the go to person providing technical and operational support to the marketing team
  • Project management of new product/enhancement releases, liaising with development partners to ensure effective and seamless co-ordination of product roadmaps and delivery, as well as contributing to their requirements and business specifications
  • Responsible for the game management of the casino, ensuring that all games are easily accessible to players and the best performing and new games are prominent on the site, liaising with game providers for exclusive deals and offers for promotions
  • Responsible for the overall content of the site, managing the CMS and ensuring that the content, creatives and functionality adhere to brand guidelines and product strategy
  • Conduct regular research, including competitor, user and market analysis, looking at where we are in the market and recommendations for improvement and growth
  • Build effective and successful relationships across all functions, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the co-ordination of activities to maximise the overall success of our products
  • Work closely with Customer Service and deal with Customer Service escalations
  • Work closely with the technical and development team, including mobile / web product features, pushing UX/UI development and innovation
  • Work closely with all marketing teams including the Acquisition, Affiliate, VIP & CRM teams, ensuring we maximise the ROI of customers, helping to develop the overall marketing strategy
  • Regular reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of the casino operations and product development, demonstrating a deep understanding of the iGaming business


  • Experience of working in a product or operational management role within online gaming
  • Key to success will be a good knowledge of Casino products with an excellent knowledge of Casino customers
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Methodical and practical attitude to getting things done
  • Data-driven and detail-orientated with demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats, to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must be fluent in English
