An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of CRM to join an established online casino. As Head of CRM, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading CRM strategy, plan development, implementation and measurement of CRM activity for the brand across the various CRM channels.


An established online modern casino with thousands of innovative games for all users.


Some of the duties include:

  • managing and leasing the CRM team, approving monthly campaigns and communication schedules
  • develop a strategic plan in line with reaching the department’s and company’s objectives, maintaining high data quality and implementing a touch point strategy and value exchange plan
  • developing segmentation models and working with internal software solutions to increase performance and profitability of campaign and loyalty activity
  • identifying all customer touch points ensuring the right actions and communications are implemented at each stage
  • optimizing CRM initiatives to extend the customers’ active player days through a continuous loop of plan, test, optimize and implement
  • developing automated and personalized user journeys and messages across the player life cycle
  • managing conversions throughout the customer journey and implementing ways of improving them
  • developing retention features
  • creating unique monthly campaigns
  • maintaining relationships with game suppliers and negotiating campaign sponsorship
  • managing CRM systems, campaign engines and communication tool including ESP< SMS and telemarketing partners


  • This position calls for a candidate with strong leadership skills as well as organizational skills
  • Candidates must be data driven, analytical with reporting skills
  • Candidates must hold a business acumen and manage projects effectively
  • Candidates must hold extensive experience in CRM and management with proven results
  • Candidates who hold a qualification in online marketing will be given preference
