Merchant Services Officer – Job no. 5004



Our client is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic professional to join its dynamic team as a Merchant Services Officer and form an integral part of meeting e-commerce clients’ processing requirements.


A Maltese company offering a scalable integrated payment platform with multi-currency and multi-channel options, serving clients with credit and debit card processing as well as other payment platforms globally.


  • Thorough understanding of the merchant’s company setup, their parties and involvements as well as where the merchant wishes to process payment transactions from
  • Ongoing communication internally with the business development team, as well as with the appropriate banking and payment processing partners


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised, meticulous and motivated
  • Light technical background would be preferable
  • Experience in the financial services industry would be an asset
  • Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages would be an asset


An attractive remuneration package will be offered
