Our client, a leading company in the technology market is seeking to hire a Point of Sale Support. This role will give you the opportunity to form part of the Enterprise Solutions Unit.

- Assisting in analyzing and documenting the business needs of customers in relation to the above role;
- Configuring, customizing and implementing POS applications to meet the customers’ business needs;
- Thoroughly test all application modifications (with documentary proof) prior to release to customer environments;
- Provide training to customer staff;
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues raised by customers related to the jobholder’s expertise;
- Any other relevant duties as directed by the superior
- Basic knowledge of hardware is considered an asset
