Our client, a leading company in the technology market is seeking to hire a Point of Sale Support. This role will give you the opportunity to form part of the Enterprise Solutions Unit.

Function

  • Assisting in analyzing and documenting the business needs of customers in relation to the above role;
  • Configuring, customizing and implementing POS applications to meet the customers’ business needs;
  • Thoroughly test all application modifications (with documentary proof) prior to release to customer environments;
  • Provide training to customer staff;
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues raised by customers related to the jobholder’s expertise;
  • Any other relevant duties as directed by the superior

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of hardware is considered an asset
