Service Desk Agent – Job no. 5006



An opportunity has come up for a Service Desk Agent who will be to supporting internal clients in the day to day running of the IT department.


Our client provides a professional solution to on-line trading companies.


  • Act as a front line of support to end users (employees)
  • Taking Care of internal and external client requests
  • Updating and creating profiles in active directory
  • Ensure work is carried out within agreed SLA’s and in line with procedures and guidelines
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future requirements
  • Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and equipment


  • Knowledge of Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of AD (users and groups creation)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent attitude to service colleagues and guests.
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Basic knowledge of VOIP
  • Basic knowledge of Powershell
