An opportunity has come up for a Service Desk Agent who will be to supporting internal clients in the day to day running of the IT department.
Our client provides a professional solution to on-line trading companies.
- Act as a front line of support to end users (employees)
- Taking Care of internal and external client requests
- Updating and creating profiles in active directory
- Ensure work is carried out within agreed SLA’s and in line with procedures and guidelines
- Document technical issues and solutions for future requirements
- Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and equipment
- Knowledge of Windows 10
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Basic knowledge of AD (users and groups creation)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Excellent attitude to service colleagues and guests.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system
- Basic knowledge of VOIP
- Basic knowledge of Powershell
