Introduction

We are seeking to recruit Technical Onboarding Engineer to join a vibrant and hardworking team in Malta. Together with the existing teams you will be responsible to ensure a smooth onboarding when it comes to the technical implementation of the payment structure.

Organization

A global payment services provider for online and offline businesses.

Function

  • Technically configure, test, and deploy new clients within our internal platforms
  • Troubleshoot and where possible fix any technical queries from new and existing clients
  • Identify, escalate and follow up on system bugs
  • Partner with the Customer success team leader, Project Manager and Sales team to provide excellent customer experience by conducting ongoing guidance to new and existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to resolve issues in timely manner always aiming to provide world class customer experience

Requirements

  • Expertise with web development, preferably knowledge with HTML/CSS and at least one programming language like JavaScript, Java, PHP, NodeJS
  • High Level of attention to detail
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers directly
  • Experience with Customer Support/ Helpdesk/ on-boarding/ account Management role
