Responsibilities include:
- Posting of sales and purchase invoices
- Preparing and processing payments runs
- Recording receipts from customers and debtor chasing
- Preparing cashbook entries and performing periodic cash reconciliations
- Preparation of periodic bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliations
- Assisting in the month-end procedures
- Assisting in preparation of VAT returns & management accounts
- Compilation of reports & monthly computations as requested by management
Applicants need to have previous experience working in Accounts and ideally be in the process of obtaining Accountancy qualifications. Good communication skills together with proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
Working Hours are from Monday to Friday – 40hrs week
