Duties:
- management of the affiliate software programme management (e.g. adding/changing banners, landing pages, reward plans, affiliate registration, creation/sending all platform communications such as news & mails)
- creating templates for affiliate communications
- affiliate programme site management (e.g. banner management, adding new articles, creating/updating campaign calendar)
- maintaining market research reports that are in place
- project managing technical integrations
- monitoring and reporting phishing and infringement activities
- technical support to acquisition team members on tools and reporting
- providing XML feed setup and orientation support to partners
- communication with platform support teams and following tickets to be solved
- develop standardised processes to simplify the work of the team, whilst ensuring accountability and collaboration with other team members as necessary
- minimum of 2 years experience in web applications support and implementation
- iGaming industry experience is considered an asset
- great communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- data analysis and identification of trends/patterns
- ability to quickly learn new technologies and transfer knowledge to others in formal and informal contexts
- self-motivated and able to work independently
