Our client, operating within the gaming industry, is seeking to recruit for an Administration Assistant - Receptionist. The receptionist shall form part of the facilities team and shall ensure a timely response of all queries and requests by third parties and internal requests.
 
Duties include:
  • Answer telephone call in a professional and polite way and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Send online ticket to employee’s mailbox when the employee is not available to respond
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Greets and directs visitors 
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
  • Answer inquiries made at the desk
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Coordinate all outgoing mail and log all mail
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • work closely with every other member of the staff to ensure efficient and friendly operation of the front desk
  • Assists with other related clerical duties or any other task as directed by the Deputy CEO and COO.
 Requirements: 
  • Technical/Professional Expertise
  • Diploma Level of Education
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a customer care related role
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • In possession of good market knowledge
  • Thinks and acts strategically
  • Leads and develops others
  • Takes ownership and actions
