Duties include:
- Answer telephone call in a professional and polite way and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- Send online ticket to employee’s mailbox when the employee is not available to respond
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Greets and directs visitors
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
- Answer inquiries made at the desk
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Coordinate all outgoing mail and log all mail
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- work closely with every other member of the staff to ensure efficient and friendly operation of the front desk
- Assists with other related clerical duties or any other task as directed by the Deputy CEO and COO.
- Technical/Professional Expertise
- Diploma Level of Education
- At least 2 years prior experience in a customer care related role
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
- In possession of good market knowledge
