A local organisation located in the southern part of Malta and operating within FMCG is currently seeking to recruit an Administrative Support for their local operations.
The selected candidate shall report directly to the Business Development Manager and will primarily be responsible for administrative duties in an office setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Handling of shipping / logistics and departmental documents
• Liaising and supporting team members and other departments
• Inputting data as required and preparing reports
• Other general administrative tasks
Applicants are ideally required to:
• Have an advanced level of education
• Be conversant in both Maltese and English
• Be highly computer literate
• Be able to multitask and prioritise
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have strong work ethics and integrity
