Description:
- Manage affiliate software: maintain banners, pages, deals, templates, and reports
- Oversee affiliate website: curate banners, publish content and ensure a seamless user experience
- Coordinate technical integrations for timely completion
- Provide technical assistance, tools, and reporting support to acquisition team
- Troubleshoot and escalate team members' technical issues as needed
- Facilitate setups and orientation for partner integration
- Liaise with platform support teams to resolve issues and track ticket progress
- Implement standardised processes for streamlined operations and collaboration
- Manage new member onboarding: set up accounts and provide tool/system training.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in web application support and implementation
- iGaming industry experience is considered an asset
- Great communicator
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with software and technical systems
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis and identification of trends/patterns
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and transfer knowledge to others in formal and informal contexts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
- Fluent in English
