Duties include:
- Assisting the Compliance Team with the implementation of the compliance plans
- Keeping abreast with all regulatory developments and preparing assessments for review by the Head of Group Risk & Compliance
- Monitoring and reviewing the System of Governance of the Group and the risk carriers within the Group.
- Reviewing policies and procedures and providing recommendations
- assisting the risk management function
- assisting in the preparation of compliance and risk management reports
- Developing training programs
- Dealing with Compliance enquiries from staff and external parties.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience within a similar role within the insurance industry (1 year experience )
- A good understanding of the Solvency II framework.
- Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Insurance, Law, or Compliance
- Excellent work management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
