Currently looking to speak to suitable candidates to fill the position of a Corporate Administration within the Legal team of a reputable company with offices in Malta. The position calls for a responsible and highly motivated individual who is meticulous, organised and capable of working on their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
- perform all aspects of company & trust administration for a portfolio of clients
- assist with client on-boarding
- collect and verify due diligence conducted as part of the KYC procedures
- deal with incorporations, re-domiciliation's, dissolutions, etc
- prepare documents in relation to transactions - incl. minutes & resolutions
- prepare and file statutory forms and reports
- maintain up-to-date company and trust records
- maintain organised filing systems
- liaise with clients and various third-party service providers & authorities
- attend to client queries including meetings
- assist in bank account opening processes
- +2 years experience within a similar role (ideally corporate services/trustees)
- Qualification in a relevant field
- Good command of English + good communication skills
- Proactive and hard-working
- Good time management skills
- Team player, willing to learn and has a hardworking and flexible approach to work
- Good working knowledge MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel & Outlook)
