Currently looking to speak to suitable candidates to fill the position of a Corporate Administration within the Legal team of a reputable company with offices in Malta. The position calls for a responsible and highly motivated individual who is meticulous, organised and capable of working on their own initiative. 

Responsibilities:

  • perform all aspects of company & trust administration for a portfolio of clients
  • assist with client on-boarding
  • collect and verify due diligence conducted as part of the KYC procedures
  • deal with incorporations, re-domiciliation's, dissolutions, etc
  • prepare documents in relation to transactions - incl. minutes & resolutions
  • prepare and file statutory forms and reports
  • maintain up-to-date company and trust records
  • maintain organised filing systems
  • liaise with clients and various third-party service providers & authorities
  • attend to client queries including meetings
  • assist in bank account opening processes
Skills & Experience Required:
  • +2 years experience within a similar role (ideally corporate services/trustees)
  • Qualification in a relevant field
  • Good command of English + good communication skills
  • Proactive and hard-working 
  • Good time management skills
  • Team player, willing to learn and has a hardworking and flexible approach to work
  • Good working knowledge MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel & Outlook)
