Duties include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner
- Providing corporate assistance to potential and existing clients
- Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters
- Liaise with regulators on compliance related matters and ensure all reports are submitted promptly and accurately to them
- Maintain the corporate files
- Maintaining an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keeping clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry
- Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings
- Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, auditors on behalf of clients
- Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities
- At least 2 years` experience in a similar position
- A university degree Law or Financial Services, or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Sound working knowledge of Company Law and local corporate matters
- Knowledge of AML and CFT laws and regulations
- Reliable, high level of integrity and work ethic
