Duties include:
- Client communications
- Dealing with compliance requirements, including Companies Act submissions and organisational matters;
- Company Incorporation and including Client on-boarding;
- Interaction with banks, on an on-going basis;
- Generally, company Administration duties, on a client-by-client basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive and motivated
- Candidates would preferably have relevant experience (ideally not less than 2 years) in the industry and would be able to contribute towards client servicing immediately.
